1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the qk1947 website accessible at qk1947.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses and uses qk1947 services.
• "Account" means the registered personal account opened by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus credits held in a Player's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus" / "Promotion" means any incentive, free credit, cashback, reload offer, or promotional benefit made available by qk1947 subject to specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Platform for account validation and withdrawal processing.
• "Real Money Play" means any game participation funded by actual PKR funds held in the Player's Account balance, excluding bonus credits.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

3.3 Registration Process

Players must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password during registration. All fields in the registration form must be completed accurately. qk1947 reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations, qk1947 may require Players to complete a KYC verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC). Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by qk1947 may result in account suspension and holding of pending withdrawal requests.

4. Account Management

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on qk1947. If a Player is found to have created or operated multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or different contact details — qk1947 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all winnings, and retain all balances as a penalty for breach of this rule.

4.2 Account Credentials

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. qk1947 will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your own failure to secure your credentials. In the event you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact qk1947 support immediately.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

Players are required to keep their personal information, including contact details and payment method details, accurate and up to date. qk1947 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals or suspend accounts where discrepancies between registered information and KYC documents are identified.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting qk1947 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance that has met withdrawal eligibility conditions will be returned via the Player's registered payment method. Bonus credits are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

qk1947 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and debit/credit cards. 5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the receiving institution, which may take up to one business day.

• Deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where qk1947 expressly permits an alternative method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before completing KYC verification will be held pending until verification is complete.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash / EasyPaisa) are typically processed within 2–4 hours, 24/7 including weekends and public holidays.
• Bank transfer withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within one business day.
• qk1947 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by the Platform's fraud prevention systems.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

qk1947 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and to any additional specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by qk1947 must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified on each promotion page. Only wagers placed using real-money balance contribute toward meeting wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

qk1947 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once.
• Using low-variance or excluded games to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to exploit bonus funds with minimal risk.
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour as determined by qk1947's risk management team.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or wagered within the expiry window will be automatically removed from the Player's account. Expiry timelines are specified on each promotion page.

7. Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on qk1947 are supplied by internationally certified game studios and operate on independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcome of every game is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by qk1947 or the player's previous activity on the Platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed and a game round begins, the action is final and cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, the affected game round will be voided and all wagers refunded to the Player's balance. qk1947's decision regarding malfunction outcomes is final.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages verified by independent auditors and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, algorithm, or system designed to predict game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform.

8. Sports Betting

qk1947 offers a sportsbook covering cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) and Pakistan international matches — alongside other major sports markets. The following terms apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet confirmation.
• Once a bet slip is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the current state of play at the time of confirmation. qk1947 reserves the right to void in-play bets where there is a delay between bet placement and confirmation that materially affects the odds.
• qk1947 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other material change in match conditions, qk1947's settlement rules — as published in the sportsbook rules section — will govern bet outcomes.
• Winnings from void bets are returned as the original stake credited to the Player's balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qk1947 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financially illegal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform's games or sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or any game format where such collusion would confer an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical circumvention method.

10. Suspension & Termination

qk1947 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour.
• Suspected money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Player.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (inactive account fees may apply as disclosed separately).
• Upon Player request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), qk1947 reserves the right to forfeit the entirety of the Account balance, including real-money funds where permissible under applicable law. In cases of termination without cause, eligible real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qk1947 shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.

qk1947's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant incident.

12. Privacy & Data

qk1947 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

qk1947 may share Player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed payment processors where required by applicable law or as necessary to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. qk1947 will not sell Player personal data to third-party commercial entities.

13. Responsible Gaming

qk1947 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders that trigger alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may activate a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from qk1947. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
